The Secret Story Of The Week Truly Amazing Life! By Joanna, from the Philippines I was first introduced to the concept of the law of attraction in 2006, when my dad suggested I watch this movie called The Secret. I have since then used the law to get into the college I wanted, live and study abroad, get all the jobs I wanted, and all the money that I wanted for my adventures. I have had literally so many experiences using the Law of Attraction to make so many of my dreams come true that I could fill up this entire website with my stories and it still wouldn't be able to encapsulate just how amazing my life has been because of this practice. After nine years of practicing the LOA through the use of the movie and all the corresponding books, I have a few experiences I would like to share with all of you to emphasize just how powerful this law truly is: When I started college, there was a Junior Term Abroad program offered to Management students. I remember hearing about that program and thinking that kind of experience would be really great for my Humanities course as well. How great would that be, if I got to live and study in Europe for half a year. Lo and behold, during my first semester in junior year, the JTA director was asking for candidates from the School of Humanities to spearhead the new JTA program for the Liberal Arts Majors. You can imagine my complete and utter joy at this announcement. Needless to say, I applied for the candidacy, and after a long qualification stage, I was sent to Belgium to live and study there for six months, representing my school the whole time. The next prominent LOA moment was when I was living in Belgium. I really wanted to have first pick of all my classes for the next semester, when I would go back to my home university. So I wrote on a piece of paper "No. 1" and placed it on a prominent place on my table where I would be able to see it every day. By the time they announced the number sequencing, I was already living with the knowledge that I would have first pick of all my classes, but that didn't stop me from jumping in joy when I saw my name right next to the number 1. The third truly amazing experience I had with the law of attraction was when I wanted to sell this car I had. I had put up physical posters and online advertisements everywhere, but one day I asked my boss if I could display the car itself on the front lawn of his shop to let it be seen by all the people driving by. He said sure, so I parked it where cars would be able to easily see it as they drive by the café. On my way back from the market where I was assigned to work that day, someone saw the car parked at the café, asked if she could test drive it, and subsequently bought it later that afternoon. That morning, I woke up and I just knew I was going to sell the car that day. I didn't know how I was going to get contacted or through what medium they saw the ad for the car, but I knew with every fiber of my being that I was going to sell the car that day, and I did. Here'€™s the kicker though, later that same day, my boss had come up to me and said that his wife didn't like the car to be parked where I left it and that we would have to find a new spot for it the next day. I told him no need, as I just sold the car right then and there. It was really meant to be sold that day as that was the one and only day it was parked at that spot, and the person who bought it gave me the best price for it as well. What I've come to realize after all these years of practicing the law of attraction is that whether you actively seek something out or passively wish for it, as long as you know what you truly want, it will come true. And it will come true in the perfect time, and the perfect moment. I've always known this, in one way or another, as I have had so many experiences throughout my life that could only have happened because I attracted it.
