Imagine if these animals are asked to do what they know how to do best for money: All of them would become millionaires in no time.  Cos:
Snail won't struggle to crawl
Fish won't struggle to swim
Monkeys won't struggle to jump on trees and
Antelopes won't struggle to run

But each of the above named animals would begin to struggle once they are asked to exchange roles. Trust me, none of them would make a dime!  Cos  that's going to be a contrast to their original designs.

Be Careful of What You Believe!

No doubt, about the recession in the air,  even the blind knows that he rain falls.

But, are you aware that in the same economy that you are in, many ,  whose hands and minds are clean,  are still building mansions, buying brand new cars, and having great times at will? 

Could it be that they are not aware of the recession in the air? Of course they do, but they have refused to allow it influence their productive thinking. And that makes the Big difference!

Many don't even want to try anymore,  thus, are beginning to give up easily on their dreams at the slightest hearing of the word 'Recession', which they have allowed to paralyze their productive thinking. So they end up crashing with the recession.

  Never allow the word recession to paralyze your positive creative thinking.

Recession or no recession, things will still work out if you won't stop thinking productively right.

Remember,  as a man thinketh, so he lives.

No Self Discovery, No Impact!

A life of Impact begins with a sense of mission and self discovery.
Failure to discover self,  is failure to make impact: Discovering self lies in answering theses questions carefully:

1.  What do you enjoy doing naturally? 

2. What do you have an unending PASSION for? 

3. What CAN you do over and over Again even without being paid for? 

4. What is that thing you see somebody doing and you wished you were the one doing it? 

5. What is that ONE thing that you do and people commend and hail you while doing it? 

6. That thing you do effortlessly,  naturally,probaly frequently  and yet  blesses ANOTHER in a way is your CAPITAL STRENGHT- a discovery of yourself... And  Invariably,  is your earning capacity...

 To do this rightly and effectively,  get a plain A4 paper,  and begin to list these things down one after another. 

It may be 10 or 20 or even more. Afterwards,  give all of what you've written down a 7 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating following your conviction. The one with the highest number of stars no doubt, emerges as your CORE & TRUE SELF. 

Pursue it! It's your life's purpose. It's your earning capacity. 

Embrace it. Enjoy it!

Ask every celebrity! What makes a celebrity in every field of life and industry is the ability to look to operate from inward-out.

It's doesn't matter how much you're earning,  if you're not happy doing what you're doing for earnings, you're only into a corporate slavery.

Here is Something to inspire the house. As grabbed from a partner :

HARD ANALYSIS:

Divide your SALARY by 30 days and see what you get (i.e. the number of days in a month and see the funny thing about your salary plan).

For example,
(1) An average level-12 worker in the state government civil service earns NGN 60,000.
**** And this translates to NGN 60,000÷30= NGN 2,000 every day. This is LESS THAN the amount made daily by an AVERAGE HAWKER in the city.

(2) A freshly EMPLOYED GRADUATE BANKER in most NIGERIAN BANKS earns an average of NGN120,000 monthly.
***So everyday, you get NGN120,000÷30= NGN4,000 as the daily value for your work-life. By implication, this is LESS THAN the amount earned DAILY by an AVERAGE DRIVER in d city and in some villages.....

(3) If you are a FRESH GRADUATE EMPLOYEE in some oil companies, you earn an average of NGN300,000 monthly. So in a day your WORK-VALUE is NGN300,000 ÷ 30= NGN10,000
**** This is LESS THAN the daily amount earned by an IRRIGATION FARMER supplying vegetables to Lagos MARKETS, a TIPPER CAR DRIVER supplying sand for three BLOCK INDUSTRIES and CONSTRUCTION SITES just 3 times a day and DRIVERS of DANGOTE TRUCKS who have bought off the trucks at scrap value and are using them to convey products between villages and the cities for just five business owners.

And when there is an ISSUE in the FAMILY that requires FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, the DRIVERS, HAWKERS and the rest are looking up to you with a WHITE COLLAR JOB.

(4) If you are an NYSC MEMBER, you DON'T need to be told that:
*****NGN19,800÷30 = NGN 660 is your worth on a daily basis.
I hope you know that PURE WATER SELLERS who own a shop, a pepper soup joint and a small TOYOTA COROLLA car to distribute pure water to five restaurants earn MORE THAN you & WHEEL-BARROW PUSHERS working on contract for three warehouses probably make MORE MONEY than you EACH DAY

Wake up and be more productive. We should be more proactive, create room for more income and strive to diversify our streams of income.

The earlier you wake up and smell the coffee, the better for you......

Someone right now will say this analysis is too ideal to be true but take your time and do it, you will grasp the crux!!!

STOP waiting for the Government to feed you, feed yourself and help the Government feed others. That is where we are in this age.... Please,  forward and inspire someone.

It's time to making your inborn abilities your profession. It's working for Basket Mouth, Emmanuella,  AY,  Ty-Bello, Olamide, Frank Udoh, Bisi Olatilo, Sheyi Law, Wizkid. Just to mention a few. Imagine this,  if all of these people listed above are on some employer's payroll,  what do you think would become of their lives today?

Rather,  they've all chosen to look inward and eventually discovered their STRENGHTS which equals their earning capacities.  

Let that sink in...

When life throws some hard punches at you just to knock you down while pursuing your dreams, look at life in the FACE and Tell Him , " See Life,  stop wasting your Precious energy, you can use all of those energies on someone else but not me,  cos the harder to hit me,  the more determined I get to succeed and live my dreams"
